CANCELLATION

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to three weeks before the event

If you cancel 14 days before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of CHF 15.

For cancellations received later than 7 days before the event, the seminar costs cannot be refunded.

Please provide your bank details for the return transfer of the amount.
